| 1. Should I use plastic or ceramic Coffee Coins®? |

Our colorful ceramic coins have a character all their own. Coins are individually hand-stilted & glazed at nearly 2000º Fahrenheit. No two coins are alike and your customers will delight in admiring the distinct personalities of your coins. These coins are obviously more expensive to produce and are often used for Gift Coins, Oops! Coins and Free Drink Coins.
Our plastic Coffee Coins® are inexpensive and used for many purposes. Common uses include Stamp-Card Coins, Dollar Gift Coins & Free Drink Coins. They are great for drive-thru windows, parades, fairs, customer appreciation days, self-serve honesty drop boxes, mailings or higher volume, more physically demanding applications.
Both ceramic and plastic Coffee Coins® are designed to be re-used again and again. The exact same labels are used for both coin types. Many shops use a combination of both ceramic and plastic coins.

| 3. How do I add my store logo to my coin label order? |
|
Just send a high-quality JPEG file (recommend 300 DPI) to NewVentureSales@comcast.net and we will add your store logo to your coin labels. There is a one-time $20 charge.

| 4. Can I buy custom plastic Coffee Coins® imprinted with my store logo? |
|
Yes. Simple designs work best. The minimum purchase is 1,000 plastic coins. Your logo will be hot stamped into the face of the coin. The back side of the coin will be blank for you to place your customized coin label.

| 5. How long will it take for me to get coins? |
|
We generally ship via UPS ground within 3-5 days from receipt of order.
